The 2018 Winter Challenge runs January 1st - March 31st. 


We are doing something a little different with the Jan-Mar 2018 BulaFIT Warrior Challenge. Participants not only participate individually, they may also choose to participate as a team of four. As a team your individual efforts are combined to produce a team score. Your team can even receive additional recognition and team prizes! To create a team, first join the challenge individually, then have one team member complete the Create a Team button below. Team points are calculated by as each member complete's their weekly checkin (see How it Works below).

As a team, you will create a Team Name and provide team support via daily communication and weekly calls. Additional team points are provided for weekly Team Check Ins.

How the Challenge Works

The BulaFIT Challenge is a fitness and fat loss challenge that rewards you for lifing ketogenic lifestyle. Participants use BulaFIT ketogenic products, such as KetoFUEL, BulaFIT BURN, KetoFIZZ, and FuelBOOSTERS as well as the BulaFIT Warrior Workout to progress towards their fat loss and fitness goals. BulaFIT products help your body "get into" and maintain ketosis, a state in which your body burns fat as its primary energy source. Scroll down for more information about BulaFIT products, the BulaFIT program, and the BulaFIT Community.

Participants in the BulaFIT Warrior Challenge signup by submitting their beginning weight and measurements along with "before" photos and their overall fat loss and fitness goal. The participant should then join the BulaFIT Facebook Group and BulaFIT Friday Calls for ongoing support, recipe ideas, and training. Scroll down for a complete list of prizes and details.

Participants must complete weekly check ins to share their progress with Owen and the BulaFIT Challenge management team. Challenge points are accumulated as you work towards your health goals. Recognition for your achievements can be viewed on the Participant webpage (which is updated weekly). Prizes are awarded based on the total Challenge points earned during the program and Champions are determined by a combination of points, participation and a summary of their experience.


Weekly Check Ins

Your weekly check in consists of a few questions to help us understand how things are going for you. You receive Challenge points based on your success in keeping to your commitment and progressing to your goals.

  • 1 pt  -  Live Keto all day, KetoFUEL and/or Keto Meals (1 a day)
  • 1 pt  -  Drink 3 Bula bobbles of water, 60 oz (1 a day)
  • 1 pt  -  Complete a FAT LOSS Challenge workout of 10+ min (1 a day)
  • 5 pts - Complete a FITNESS Challenge workout of 30+ min (2 per day - Fitness Challenge Only)
  • 1 pt  -  Sleep 7+ hours (1 a day)
  • 5 pts - Post on the BulaFIT Community Page (1 per week)
  • 5 pts - Post on your own personal Facebook/Social Media Wall (1 per week)
  • 5 pts - Attend/watch the weekly Friday BulaFIT Call (1 per week)
  • 50 pts - BulaFIT Order of $100 or more (1 per month)
  • 5 pts - Per pound lost during Challenge
  • 10 pts - Per % weight lost during Challenge (5 pts per % on Fitness Challenge)

Example: Week 1 Check In

  • 6 days live Keto = 6 pts
  • 4 days drink = 4 pts
  • 2 Fat Loss workouts = 2 pts
  • 4 days sleep = 4 pts
  • Post on BulaFIT = 5 pts
  • 2 lbs lost = 10 pts
  • 31 Total Points

NOTE: Points on personal BulaFIT Orders will be added monthly, automatically.


Final Submission

A final submission including an "after photo", new measurements, and a brief summary of your experience is required and will be collected between April 1-7. Champions and final recognition will be announced mid April.

*Typical weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Please note that the causes for being overweight vary from person to person due to genetics, environmental factors, food intake, metabolism and differing levels of exercise. Because of this, results from the BulaFIT Program may vary. No individual result should be seen as typical.

The experiences mentioned are from Independent Ambassadors who have personally used the BulaFIT Program and products. Ambassadors may receive compensation from Wakaya Perfection for sharing and promoting its products and services.

Warrior Workouts

Owen McKibbin's BulaFIT Warrior Workout™ is based on the principles of Zone Progression Training to help provide maximum results in each session. Each workout can be done at home without expensive equipment and provides fitness benefits that can rival those obtained from gyms and other commercial tness establishments. BulaFIT Warrior Workouts are fun, highly efficient and will be available on DVD (via online streaming coming soon).

Here you can share your story and enjoy the support of many others who working towards their own health goals. You will also receive daily tips and encouragement by Coach McKibbin. You can access this community by visiting the BulaFIT Facebook Group.

Be sure to attend the BulaFIT Weekly Call for ongoing inspiration, support and motivation from Owen as well as other health experts and fellow participants. The call is held Firdays at 10:00 am ET (9:00 am CT, 8:00 am MT, 7:00 am PT).

Challenge Rules

The BulaFIT Challenge is open to Wakaya Ambassadors and Customers. Employees of Wakaya, as well as the immediate family (e.g., spouse, parents, siblings and children in the same household) and household members of each such person are not eligible to win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.


Qualification Requirements
Any Wakaya Ambassador or Customer in good standing can participate in the BulaFIT Challenge. A minimum of two (2) BulaFIT Packs (or $250 of BulaFIT products) must be purchased throughout the contest period (Jan 1, 2018 to Mar 31, 2018). All Participants must only use Wakaya products and may not use any competitive products or undergo any medical weight loss procedures. The Wakaya Holiday Challenge begins Jan 1, 2018 and ends Mar 31, 2018.


Participants must register to participate in the Challenge. Registrants may receive periodic emails with helpful information and may participate on the Wakaya BulaFIT Facebook Group. By registering, participants agree to allow Wakaya Perfection to use their name, stated goal and submission information (including weight lost and photo) for communication and marketing purposes.


Weekly Check Ins

Participants in the Challenge must check in weekly by completing the Weekly Check In form above. Challenge points are calculated weekly off of check in data and ordering data. Check in data, uploaded photos and testimonials may be used by Wakaya Perfection for marketing and general promotion of BulaFIT products and the BulaFIT Challenge.

Teams consist of 4 BulaFIT Challenge participants. Team members may only participate in one team during the challenge and no changes of team members are permitted. Teams designate themselves as a Fat Loss or a Fitness team. As a team, each member's individual points are combined to produce a team score. Teams also receive additional points by keeping daily contact with each other and by holding a weekly team call. Occasional team challenges for additional points may also be issued. Champion teams are chosen based on overall team points, description of their individual and team experience, and before/after photos of each participant.


Results Submission
Once the Contest period is complete (Mar 31, 2018), participants will have 5 days to submit their results (by Mar 5, 2018).



Submissions are evaluated by a Wakaya Perfection judging panel. Additional Challenge points may be awarded by the panel based on total weight lost, their before/after photos and their description of the experience.


Award Presentation

Prizes and recognition will be presented at the 2018 Bula Bash National Convention. Winners must attend the Bula Bash Convention to be presented their awards. Those who are not attending the Bula Bash Convention, and who complete the all of the requirements, may choose to pay postage to have promotional items shipped to them. All other awards or prizes will be forfeited.


Challenge Disclaimer

Always consult your physician before beginning any weight loss or exercise program. Consult with your healthcare professional to design an appropriate exercise prescription. If you experience any pain or difficulty with exercises, stop and consult your healthcare provider. If you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, lightheadedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath, seek medical help. Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise regimen. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days. Wakaya Perfection cannot be held responsible for medical conditions, injuries, sickness, or any other health problem incurred during the BulaFIT Warrior Challenge.
